Study for a set of 9 apartments with shared spaces
The plot is located on the edge of an urban area in a green area near a forest. The request was to study development possibilities for presentation to the municipality. The chosen option is a location near the road to limit the impact on the green zone. The proposed architecture preserves visual openings and passages from the street. The work on the typology focused on an organization favoring the independence of the children's and parents' bedrooms, the kitchen open to the living room forming the common living space.
