Point Favre
The communal room is part of the layout of the Ilot Floquet. Its location on the property line completes the historic fabric of Avenue F-A. Grison. The fully glazed main facade opens onto Place Louis-Favre and asserts the role of a public building. This search for dialogue between the building and the street is materialized by the extension of the woven concrete floor from the street towards the interior, it invites the passer-by to enter. In order to minimize the influence of the project, the building was designed on a principle of layers.
The common thread of the project was to build an experience box for users.
